Emails and phone messages are checked daily, unless I am out of town. Phone messages will be returned between 10am-1pm EST on weekdays, unless you specify otherwise. I work 2nd shift and I do not have access to the internet during that time. I try to respond within 24-72 hours. I prefer emails, but you may also call me. Or if you do not hear from me after 72 hours (incase there is some computer related issue or natural disaster), you may try to call. Please note that we screen incoming calls.
