Welcome to my website! My name is Valerie Evanson and I am a self-representing artist with classical training in fine art and graphic design. I have been doing business parttime as Evanson Art & Design since 2003. You will find that my artwork has saturated colors, whimsy, humor, beauty and is detail-oriented. While I love to experiment, the bulk of my creativity centers around realistic paintings and photography, with flowers, cats, horses and monarch butterflies being common subjects. Currently, we share our house with 2 Maine Coon cats and a Siamese mix. During the summer we raise monarchs as a family project.
My work has been sold internationally and is available through this website, eBay, Etsy and Cafe´ Press. It is also sold locally. You can click here to sign up for my newsletter.
