Shipping Quote Form

You may use this form to place an order or to request a quote on shipping costs. As you navigate from page to page, keep this form open so that you can fill it out. If you close or refresh it without submitting, the data will be lost. When you click on submit, an email with your data is sent to me. As soon as I read my emails, I will send a confirmation email to you. I will then check my inventory and within 1-2 business days I will send an invoice or shipping quote via email to you for the items that are available. Currently I ship to the US, Canada, the UK and Australia. Please select one of the following:

I wish to place an Order: You do not have to have a PayPal account to use PayPal. Since I do combine items for shipping when possible, the invoice will reflect the correct shipping. You have 7 days to pay the invoice. After 7 days, if the invoice is not paid, the order will be cancelled and the items returned to stock. See the Purchase Information page for more information.

Sales Tax: Orders placed by PA residents will be charged sales tax on their orders including shipping.

Shipping Method: I normally use USPS 1Class or Priority (depending on the weight and size), but you may also choose UPS shipping. Orders $250 and up require a signature upon receipt, which can be waived and the carrier will sign for you. If you prefer UPS, please check here: UPS

Shipping Insurance: For USA orders, if your order is $50 or less, shipping insurance is optional in most cases. USA orders over $50 will automatically include shipping insurance at no extra cost. To insure international orders, the order must ship Priority Mail International. In all cases, the buyer assumes loss for uninsured lost or damaged items.
