How To Purchase Items from this Website
Placing Your Order: Fill out the Online Order Form. I will send a confirmation email as soon as I check my emails (usually I check my email 10am-1pm on weekdays and at various times during the weekends). PayPal: if you are paying by PayPal (all international orders are paid this way), a PayPal invoice will be sent within 2 business days. You then have 3 business days to pay the invoice or the items will be returned to inventory. USA Check or USA Money Order: a email invoice will be sent to you. You can mail this with your payment to me. I will hold your items for 7 business days.
Payment: I accept Pay Pal, personal checks and money orders for USA sales. Checks and money orders will take 1-2 extra business days to clear the bank. Checks and money orders can be made payable to Evanson Art & Design and mailed to Valerie Evanson, 272 Kimbel Dr., Phoexniville, PA 19460. International sales must be paid through PayPal. I do not accept trades or time payments. All orders must be paid in full within 7 days (excluding USA holidays) of purchase. If the item hasn’t been paid for within 7 days, the transaction will be cancelled and the items returned to inventory for resale.
Shipping Cost: I normally ship USPS 1st Class and Priority and the shipping costs are listed on each page. The shipping cost for unusually heavy or large items are by quote only. UPS shipping is available by quote. I may be able to honor special requests for quicker shipping (either USPS or UPS) and there would be additional cost.
Shipping Insurance: is additional on most small items. The buyer assumes loss for uninsured lost or damaged items. Items with glass must ship with insurance. Insurance is free on orders over $50. To insure international orders, your item must ship Priority Mail International.

Shipping Discounts: If you order additional copies of the same photo or print, the additional shipping charge (which is discounted) is listed on the page. If you order several different items, the cost will be based on weight plus $1.50 handling fee. Shipping insurance maybe additional. If you want me to quote the cost, fill out the Online Quote Form. I will send a confirmation email as soon as I check my emails (usually I check my email 10am-1pm on weekdays and at various times during the weekends). A quote will then be sent to you within 1-2 business days.
Packaging
I stock some standard shipping boxes, including Priority boxes, and stayflat cardboard mailers. Generally, 2D ACEO’s, bookmarks, ACEO books, small prints and small photos ship in card board mailers. Prints and photos that are 11" x 14" when matted, will ship Priority (if in the USA). 13" x 19" posters ship rolled in a Priority tube. Miniatures, sculptures, pins, magnets and card holders ship in boxes. Sales with multiple items may ship in boxes. I use bubble, peanuts and ⁄or foam to fill the boxes. I have over 10 years of experience in shipping, receiving and vendoring, and therefore I pack my artwork very well. Items with glass will be double boxed or overpacked for added protection.
Poly Bags
Photos, prints and originals larger than ACEO’s will be packaged in acid free poly bags. Items that are not on stretched canvas, framed or on some type of rigid surface may have a backing added as shown in the photo. If the backing is larger than the artwork, the artwork will be fixed to the backing with photo corners (also shown in the photo), making the artwork easy to remove for matting. The backing may be made of foamboard, illustration board or mat board. Small posters ususally have a cardboard backing.
However, do not let the bag’s self-seal touch the artwork as it could ruin it! It is better to cut the poly bag open.
Tracking
Tracking is emailed to you when your item ships. I use delivery confirmation. This lets you know when I shipped the item and lets me know that it was delivered. Items shipped internationally can be tracked using the Customs number that is assigned to them, which will be emailed to you. UPS items, of course, automatically come with tracking, which I will email to you.
Shipping Damage and Lost Items
Buyer assumes loss for uninsured lost or damaged items.
Should your insured item arrived damaged, please save all packing materials and contact me immediately so that we can file a claim. Photos of the damage will probably be needed.
Combining eBay Sales and Sales from this Website
You can combine orders from both sites for a discount on shipping if you pay by PayPal. Make your purchases from eBay and then your purchases from this site using the Online Order Form. Then email me and let me know that you have finished your purchases. Then I will send a PayPal invoice for the total amount. All purchases must be made within 3 days to receive the discount. If you have already paid for any of your purchases, the orders cannot be combined. At this time, I am not sure if we can do this with sales from Etsy.
Orders over $250
Orders over $250 require a signature upon receipt. You can waive the signature and have the carrier sign for you. Let me know if you want to do this.
International Orders
Available on most items. Taxes and tariffs are the responsibility of the buyer. Countries that I currently ship to include the UK, Canada and Australia. Other countries will be considered. International orders must be paid through PayPal. UPS and USPS shipping available.
Sales Tax
PA residents are required to pay 6% sales tax on the total price of the sale (merchandise + shipping costs).
Shipping Schedule
I normally ship Monday–Friday between 9–11 am EST. Sometimes I also ship on Saturdays. Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days of when I receive your Pay Pal payment or your check or money order has cleared the bank. Certain items may take longer as noted in the item’s description. As soon as the item ships, I will email you the tracking number. Should there be an unforeseen delay in shipping, I will email you.
