How To Purchase Items from this Website
Items with PayPal buttons: You may purchase most items from this website by using the PayPal (Add to Cart) buttons.
Bulk Order and Reservation Form: A few items have discounts for bulk orders and you need to complete this form. If you are ordering a limited quantity item via snail mail, you will have to fill out this form also. After you fill out and submit the form, I will send you a PayPal invoice (you have 3 days to pay) or email invoice (you have 7 days to pay) depending on your payment choice. Shipping will be added (unless the order qualifies for free shipping).
Snail Mail Order Form: Print a Copy of the Snail Mail Order Form. I accept personal checks and money orders from the USA only. Checks and money orders will take 1-2 extra business days to clear the bank. Checks and money orders can be made payable to Evanson Art & Design and mailed to Valerie Evanson, 272 Kimbel Dr., Phoexniville, PA 19460. I do not accept trades or time payments. Read the directions at the top of each page and with the item’s description since items with limited quantities must be reserved (fill out the Bulk Order and Reservation Form as described above) before sending payment.
Shipping
USA Shipping Cost: I normally ship USPS 1st Class and Priority depending on the weight and destination of the item(s). I may be able to honor special requests for quicker shipping (either USPS or UPS) and there would be additional cost. Free or calculated (by quote) shipping does not apply to the chart below. General shipping costs are as follows (these do not apply to items sold on Art Fire or eBay):

International Orders: I no longer accept international orders via evansonart.com (this website), Art Fire or eBay. You may still purchase items through Fine Art America, Zazzle and Cafe Press.
Rush Orders and Expedited Shipping: My normal processing time is 1-3 business days from the date I received cleared payment. This allows for my being sick, bad weather, the car being in the shop, etc. Additionally, I work a fulltime 2nd shift job. Given that, I may be able to accomodate rush orders. If you wish for expedited shipping, you will have to request this before I have created the PayPal shipping label. The cost will be additional and I will let you know what your options are. I use UPS and USPS. Overnight orders will need to be signed for.
Shipping Insurance: All large orders and original artwork orders ship insured.
Packing Slips In order to save trees, I usually do not include packing slips. However, if you need one for accounting purposes, please let me know, and I can include one or mail/email you a copy as necessary.
Packaging
I stock some standard shipping boxes and stayflat cardboard mailers. 3D ACEO’s, miniatures and magnets ship in small boxes. Most 2D art ships flat in cardboard mailers or small boxes. 11"x17" or larger posters ship rolled in a box. Items with glass will be double boxed or overpacked for added protection. Original work is usually boxed.
Tracking
Tracking is emailed to you when your item ships.
Shipping Damage and Lost Items
Should your item arrived damaged, please save all packing materials and contact me immediately. Photos are required for proof of damage.
Orders over $250
Orders over $250 require a signature upon receipt. You can waive the signature and have the carrier sign for you. Let me know if you want to do this.
Sales Tax
6% sales tax is charged for PA residents.
Shipping Schedule
I normally ship Monday–Friday between 9–11 am EST. Sometimes I also ship on Saturdays. Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days of when I receive your Pay Pal payment or your check/money order has cleared the bank. Certain items may take longer as noted in the item’s description. As soon as the item ships, I will email you the tracking number. Should there be an unforeseen delay in shipping, I will email you. Large orders and commissions will take longer and may need to be scheduled. Most posters and giclees are not stocked and will need 24 hours to dry from the time I print them.
Orders Returned to Artist
Orders returned to me because you failed to pick them up from the carrier’s depot or the carrier could not find your address, will be shipped to you after you pay the shipping costs for the second shipment. If the order had free shipping the first time, it will not be free the second time. Unclaimed orders will be held for 30 days and then the items will be returned to inventory. If the items are returned to inventory, a partial refund of the money can be given after a 15% restocking fee is taken from the purchase total.
