To receive a portrait commission quote, please fill out and submit this form. As you look over the Portrait Commissions page, keep this form open so that you can fill it out. If you close or refresh it without submitting, the data will be lost. When you click on submit, an email with your data is sent to me. As soon as I read my emails, I will send a confirmation email to you. Within 1-2 business days I will send a quote (PayPal or PDF invoice as noted below) to you that is good for 30 days . Currently I ship to the US, Canada, the UK and Australia.

Portrait Description I need to know some details about your drawing. I may need to see copies (you can email me JPG, PNG or PDF files) of the photos for an accurate quote. I will email you if this is the case.

Describe any alterations (change jewelry, remove glasses, add missing tail/arm, combine head/body from different photos, combine subjects from different photos, change hair, etc.). There is a $25-50 charge per alteration.

Check here if you need Color Matching. There is a $75 fee for this service. Hardcopy photos, color chips or swatches will be required. Progress reports are sent via snail mail. This will lengthen the time required to complete the portrait.

Scheduling: Most portraits take 1-3 weeks to complete. I need to know what date you would like your portrait completed by so that I can determine if it fits my schedule:

Sales Tax: Orders placed by PA residents will be charged sales tax on their orders including shipping.

Shipping Method: I normally use USPS 1Class or Priority (depending on the weight and size), but you may also choose UPS shipping. Orders $250 and up require a signature upon receipt, which can be waived and the carrier will sign for you. Your portrait will be shipped in a box with bubble and/or foam and tracking will be emailed to you. Your order will be insured. If you prefer UPS, please check here: UPS
